Visual Security Solutions™: Holographic HDP® Film
High Secure holograms on tamper-evident HDP Film are the ultimate in visual security. Choose either a custom film with your unique holographic image, or film with Fargo’s standard Orbit hologram. Both include multiple Visual Security Elements and are difficult to forge, yet easy to authenticate.

Smart card encoding
Comprehensive security applications frequently combine photo IDs with some type of technology or “smart” cards. With optional modules, Fargo’s Professional Series printer encoders can encode up to three smart card technologies in one pass: contact and contactless smart card, mag stripe, and proximity card (read-only.)
Optional lamination module
Photo ID cards are often subject to extra wear and tear; especially when they’re used for access control or employee services. The optional lamination module not only makes your cards more durable, it can add a critical layer of security that’s extremely difficult to forge.
High Definition Printing™ Technology
The uneven surface of smart cards presents a challenge to traditional dye-sublimation card printers. But Fargo’s High Definition Printing™ Technology overcomes this problem while increasing card security with a tamper-evident image.
Optional internal print server
With its optional internal print server and Ethernet connectivity, the HDP600 brings secure printing/encoding to networked or distributed ID card issuance for government, large corporations and service bureaus.
